Terms and Conditions

1. Only MTN Customers can set up Caller Tunez, but anyone who calls will hear them.
2. Once you have bought the Caller Tunez, you have a right to use it for a month, after which it will expire.
3. Reactivation of the Caller Tunez after it expires will cost you the original price.
4. Customers can purchase as many Caller Tunez as they wish, which will be stored in an album.
5. Caller Tunez cannot be forwarded to other phones.
6. The MTN Zambian Ring Back Tone (RBT) service will be available to roaming MTN subscribers who have subscribed to the RBT service. The MTN Zambian Ring Back Tone service will be available to roaming MTN subscribers who have subscribed to the RBT service.
7. The calling subscriber will not be able to hear the colourful tones if the MTN Ring Back Tone subscriber is on another call (i.e. call waiting).
8. All MTN Zambia Ring Back Tone charging will be executed real time.
