The BlackBerry on MTN service is available as
- a new contract with MTN and
- an upgrade package or BlackBerry contract renewal.
Customers will receive the BlackBerry phone as part of the offer and will be required to subscribe to the BlackBerry service, available on all MTN Zambia’s postpaid tariff
plans:
- MyCall Standard
- ProCall 120
- My Choice TopUp (All Packages)
For PayAsYouGo customers
BlackBerry handsets can be purchased from the MTN Service Centres, and PayAsYouGo customers will pay a monthly access fee for the BlackBerry service, available on all of MTN Zambia’s prepaid price plans:
- MTN Standard
- MTN Absolute
- MTN Zone
- MTN Per Second Plus
To get the BlackBerry on MTN service, simply follow the these three steps:
1. Choose a solution
BlackBerry offers you two options:
- BlackBerry Internet Server (BIS)
This is specifically designed for the individual and SME business owner reliant on a hosted mail server (e.g. MWEB, Hotmail or Yahoo).
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software (BES)
This option is designed for corporate and SME customers using their own in-house network-based mail servers.
